Information on registration and fees

Deadlines

• To submit an abstract: 1 March 2024. Abstract submission is now closed
• To register for the conference: 31 March 2024. UPDATE - Registration closed
  Due to the large number of registrations, we have already reached the registration limit. We have therefore closed registration.

To register, you must first create an account (this is possible by clicking on "Login" in the top-right corner, then select "Create account"), after which you can register on the “Registration” page. Please note that registration is limited to 150 participants. Don't wait, register now!

Fees

The fees for the conference are VAT included (10%):

• Non-academics: 440 euros
• Academics: 330 euros
• Masters students, PhD students, and postdoctoral researchers: 220 euros
• Gala dinner (optional), by person: 80 euros

Please note that we are preparing a visit of Toulouse for participants after the conference day on Thursday 18 April. The visit is free but registration is required.

Payment of the registration includes VAT, admission to all the sessions,and electronic proceedings, coffee breaks, three lunches. Participants are expected (to book and) pay for their own accommodation and travel expenses. A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations. No refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after 1 April 2024.

For French institutions wishing to pay by bank transfer with an invoice deposited in Chorus, please send the order form on the day of your registration on the website.
